Heat Wave instant reusable hot packs are designed to offer comfort and warmth to every part of your body. Great for providing soothing heat to your lower back, knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, and lots of other places; if you need relief from achy muscles, Heat Wave can help.
Our medium rectangular packs measure 5” x 9” and heat up to 130°F in under 60 seconds.
Simply flex the metal heat activator and watch as the inner fluid begins to crystallize and heats up to 130 degrees within seconds. Once your pack has started heating, it is ready for long-lasting therapeutic warmth.
When you are finished, place your heat pack in a pot of rapidly boiling water. Place a rag between the bottom of the pan and the hot pack. Keep it in the pot until the crystals completely dissolve — about 20 – 25 minutes — then simmer for 10. Remove the heat pack and allow it to cool to room temperature before your next use.
