Our medium rectangular packs measure 5” x 9” and heat up to 130°F in under 60 seconds.
Simply flex the metal heat activator and watch as the inner fluid begins to crystallize. Once your pack has started heating, it is ready for long-lasting therapeutic warmth.
When you are finished, place your heat pack in a pot of rapidly boiling water. Place a rag between the bottom of the pan and the hot pack. Keep it in the pot until the crystals completely dissolve — about 20 – 25 minutes — then simmer for 10. Remove the heat pack and allow it to cool to room temperature before your next use.
